Hours
Monday to Thursday, 9–5 Eastern. Fridays are site days.
Where we work
Hudson Valley, the Catskills, and the Berkshires. We visit sites weekly during construction, so anything more than about ninety minutes from Kingston has to be a very good reason.
Before you write
- A survey or a tax-map link, if you have one, saves us a week.
- An honest budget range is more useful than a flattering one — we will not spend it just because you named it.
- If you are still under contract on the property, say so. That changes what we recommend first.
