A 250W DC motor geared to 1,380 rpm, so it grinds cool. Measured at the espresso setting that produced our house 1:2 in 28 seconds.

Choose burrs and finish
In January we email you once: espresso or filter burrs, and raw, black, or walnut-trim finish. No answer inside three weeks and we build the default espresso spec.
We charge the balance
$350 is charged 14 days before your unit leaves the bench, with your serial number and ship date in the same email. Not before.
It arrives dialled in
March 2027. Your grinder ships with the calibration card from its own bench test, a 250g bag of the coffee we tested it on, and the service manual.
