Services

Four ways to work with us, and the price of each one.

We publish what things cost because a practice that will not is usually about to have a conversation you would rather have had earlier. Most plans cover medical nutrition therapy — we verify your benefits and quote the real number before you commit to anything.

One-to-one metabolic coaching

The core of the practice. We start with ninety minutes and your bloodwork — lipid panel, A1c, and, if we can get it, a fasting insulin — and we go through it line by line until you understand what your own metabolism is doing. Then we build an eating pattern around the life you actually have, and we run it as a series of two-week experiments rather than as a plan you either follow or fail. At six weeks and at twelve we look at repeat labs and decide together what the next block should be, if there is one. Plenty of people are done at twelve.

What’s included

  • A ninety-minute intake with your labs read line by line
  • Six fortnightly visits with the same dietitian throughout
  • A written eating pattern, revised at every visit — not a printed meal plan
  • Message access between visits, answered within one business day
  • A one-page summary to your physician at intake and at week twelve, with your permission
  • Repeat lab interpretation at six and twelve weeks

Best for · Prediabetes, type 2 diabetes, insulin resistance, an unhelpful lipid panel, or a family history you would rather not repeat.

Price

$1,320

Or $180 intake plus $110 per visit. Most insurance plans cover medical nutrition therapy — we verify and quote before you start.

Format

12 weeks · 90-minute intake, then fortnightly 45-minute visits

The Reset Table — group program

We started running groups because a waitlist is not a practice, and we kept running them because they turned out to be better than one-to-one care at one specific thing: hearing somebody else describe your exact problem out loud. Eight weeks, eight people, the same eight people throughout. Weeks one through five are the substance — protein, fiber, glucose, lipids, and the structure of a day. Week six is a cooking session in a real kitchen, which is the week people remember. Weeks seven and eight are about what happens after the group ends, which is the part most programs skip entirely.

What’s included

  • Eight weekly 75-minute sessions with a fixed cohort of eight
  • A hands-on kitchen session in week six — knife work, batch method, three dishes
  • Optional pre- and post-program lab draws at a discounted rate
  • A private group thread that keeps running for six months after the last session
  • Two individual 20-minute check-ins, at weeks one and eight

Best for · People who know broadly what to do and cannot do it alone, and anyone who would rather not be the only person in the room.

Price

$540

Per person for the full eight weeks. Runs four times a year in Providence and twice by video.

Format

8 weeks · Weekly 75-minute sessions · Cohorts of 8

GLP-1 nutrition support

A GLP-1 agonist handles appetite. It does not handle protein, lean mass, micronutrients, or what happens when you stop — and a fifteen-minute medication visit does not have room for any of that. We work alongside your prescriber, not instead of them. The priorities are a protein floor you can actually hit on a suppressed appetite, a referral into resistance training, managing the gastrointestinal side effects properly rather than enduring them, and — from month one, not month five — building an eating pattern that survives discontinuation.

What’s included

  • A protein and fiber floor set to your body weight, revised as you lose
  • Titration-week planning, because the four days after a dose increase are the hard ones
  • Micronutrient screening guidance and a supplement review
  • A resistance training referral, and coordination with the trainer or physio
  • A written discontinuation plan from month one, whether or not you intend to stop
  • Coordination with your prescriber, with your permission

Best for · Anyone starting, taking, or planning to come off semaglutide, tirzepatide, or liraglutide.

Price

$780

Six months, six visits, unlimited messages. We do not prescribe and we do not sell the medication.

Format

6 months · Monthly 45-minute visits, plus titration-week check-ins

Workplace & clinic partnerships

Most workplace wellness fails in the same way: a lunchtime webinar attended by the twenty people who least need it, and nothing at all for the night shift. We deliver the same content at the times people actually work — which has meant 5am on a loading dock more than once — and we report on group-level biometric change rather than on attendance. We also partner with primary care and endocrinology practices who want to refer for medical nutrition therapy but have no dietitian in the building.

What’s included

  • Sessions delivered on every shift, at shift-appropriate hours
  • Group-level reporting on triglyceride ratio, A1c, and blood pressure — never individual data
  • One-to-one visits available to every participant, billed through their own insurance
  • Cafeteria and vending review, with specific written recommendations
  • A referral pathway for partnered clinics, with structured notes back to the referring clinician

Best for · Employers with shift workforces and a screening program that has not moved in three years, and clinics without a dietitian on staff.

Price

From $4,800

Scoped per employer. Includes biometric screening coordination where a screening program already exists.

Before you book

The things people email to ask.

If your question isn't here, send it — every enquiry is read by a dietitian rather than by a coordinator.

Insurance

In network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Rhode Island, Neighborhood Health Plan of RI, Harvard Pilgrim, and Tufts. Most plans cover medical nutrition therapy at 100% under preventive care. We verify and tell you the number in writing before your first visit — there is no version of this where you find out afterwards.

Where we can see you

In person in Providence's West End, and by video anywhere in RI, MA, CT, NY, and VT. If you are outside those five states we will name a colleague in yours rather than take you on improperly — dietitian licensure is state-by-state and we are not going to pretend otherwise.

Not sure which of the four?

Neither are most people, and it is a fifteen-minute conversation rather than a decision you have to get right from a webpage. Tell us roughly what is going on and we will point you at the right one — including, sometimes, at somebody who is not us.
