About these terms
These terms govern your use of this website. Project work is governed by the separate written proposal and statement of work we issue before any engagement begins; where the two conflict, the signed proposal wins.
Quotes and pricing
Prices shown on this site are indicative starting points, not offers. A binding price is only the fixed quote in a signed proposal, which is valid for 30 days from issue.
Quotes cover the scope described in the proposal. Work outside that scope is estimated separately and only begins once you have approved it in writing.
Payment
Unless the proposal says otherwise, a 50% deposit is payable before work starts and the balance on completion, before final handover. Invoices are due within 14 days.
We reserve the right to pause work on overdue accounts after written notice.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide content, brand assets, access credentials, and feedback within the timelines set out in the proposal, and to nominate a single point of contact empowered to approve work.
You confirm you own or are licensed to use everything you supply — text, images, logos, fonts — and that our use of it will not infringe anyone's rights.
Intellectual property
On receipt of final payment, ownership of the custom code, design files, and content we produce for your project transfers to you.
We retain ownership of our pre-existing tooling, component libraries, and internal frameworks, and grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use them as part of your delivered project.
Third-party components remain under their own licenses. We will tell you what those are before we use them.
Portfolio rights
Unless you ask us not to, we may show the finished work in our portfolio and case studies, including screenshots and a description of the outcome. Confidential metrics are never published without your written approval.
Warranty and support
We warrant that delivered work will materially match the agreed specification. Defects reported within the post-launch support window stated in your tier are fixed at no charge.
The warranty does not cover changes made by you or a third party after handover, failures in third-party services, or new requirements that emerge after launch.
Limitation of liability
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data.
Cancellation
Either party may end an engagement with 14 days' written notice. You pay for work completed up to the termination date; deposits covering work already performed are non-refundable.
