Where we are

Five clinics along the Front Range.

Boulder, Denver, Fort Collins, Longmont, and Golden — the Front Range from the Poudre to Clear Creek. Same standard of care at every one — and a genuinely different character at each, because a trades clinic in Longmont and a trail-running clinic in Golden should not pretend to be the same building.

  • Boulder

    Ninth & ElderSince 2013

The original clinic, four blocks off the Pearl Street Mall and ten minutes from the Chautauqua trailheads — which is more or less the entire injury profile in one sentence.

    • Longest-running clinic in the group — Dana still treats here two and a half days a week
    • The only clinic with a hangboard and a systems board, for climbing rehab
    • Same-week evaluations held back daily, including for direct-access walk-ins

  • Denver

    LoHiSince 2016

Our post-surgical clinic. Sited deliberately within fifteen minutes of the orthopaedic groups on 17th and in Cherry Creek, because week-one rehab should not require a highway.

    • Heaviest post-surgical caseload in the group, with two dedicated early-phase bays
    • Extended Monday and Wednesday evenings for patients coming straight from work
    • Bilingual English/Spanish clinical care with Benjamín Arriaga

  • Fort Collins

    Old TownSince 2019

The paediatric and adolescent hub for northern Colorado, two blocks off Old Town Square and inside the catchment of roughly every high-school and club programme between Loveland and the Wyoming line.

    • Largest paediatric and adolescent caseload in the group
    • Saturday mornings run long in season, for club athletes who cannot miss school
    • Direct relationships with eleven high-school and club programmes in Larimer County

  • Longmont

    ProspectSince 2024

Built for people who work with their hands. Longmont sits among the trades, manufacturing, and agricultural employers of the northern corridor, and the caseload reflects it.

    • Group's workers' compensation and functional capacity testing centre
    • Doors open at 6:30am so a shift is not lost to an appointment
    • We handle employer and adjuster communication directly, in writing

  • Golden

    Clear CreekSince 2024

The trail clinic. Two hundred metres from Clear Creek and at the bottom of the road to Apex, Chimney Gulch, and every other reason people in this town end up needing us.

    • Running and gait analysis is the clinic's centre of gravity
    • Mountain-bike injury caseload — wrists, shoulders, and collarbones
    • Smallest clinic in the group: two therapists, no waiting-room crowd

Side by side

Which clinic runs which service line.

Two deliberate gaps. Longmont is our work-injury clinic and does not run paediatrics; Golden is our running clinic and does not take workers' compensation claims. The nearest clinic that does is always one link away.

True of every clinic

The standard is written down, which is the only reason a fifth clinic is still the same business as the first.

  • Private treatment room available at every clinic
  • Force plate and handheld dynamometer at every clinic
  • Same-week evaluation slots held back at every clinic
  • Direct access — no physician referral required in Colorado
  • One therapist for your whole plan of care, across clinics if you move
  • Written discharge criteria at your evaluation

Not sure which one you want?

Ring the group line and say where you are and what hurts. We will tell you which clinic is right, even when the honest answer is the one that is further away.
